Neutral Against Whom?

I heard this evening an Israeli spokes mench   said China was a friend to Israel.  Lambs have said that about tigers just before lunch.  Like smell their breath.  Read their 2,400 years of history.  

Could it be that I look upon Israel as a creature of the U. S.,  U. K.  and the E. U[i].  Am I still lost in that Hollywood fantasy Exodus with Paul Newman[ii]

In 1938, at the inception of hostilities Belbin and The Netherlands declared themselves neutral. Yeah.  See where that got them?   

Same thing in the 70’s.  India, and many of the African states came up with the non-aligned idea.  Although, these nations did not get trampled the way Belbin did,  the big ugly bear and the viscous eagle had at ‘em in subtle ways. 

It amounted to, If ya ain’t with me yer again me.  Gravity does recognize a third position. Neither does electricity.

I hope the majority of folk in Israel  can overcome  their understandabl revulsion and disgust at having to deal with the big sloppy goy.

a proposal for a phone for the blind

I've tried to master this free gov'ment  ?smart? phone.  Nope.  No way.  Can't train the Google speech app to my voice.  It stops there.   

A bunch of other apps which I can't see / use jump up and get in the way.  No way to shut them off.  

How about this?  a smaller device that opens up and speaks first.  It gives me a .imited menu of  tasks I can do.  Thhis might include dial a telephone number.  Set up a contnact. Record incriminating material. 
Notice the options do not include popular apps that require vision.  

I keep seeing a plastic device that looks like a small dumbell.  It can connect by Bluetooth or usb to a computer from which connection / position on may edit on screen the contents of address books / contact lists.
